For a long time, Paperial was a rather obscure service without much success in the academic writing business. Then, all of a sudden, students began asking: “What is Paperial and can I get a quality paper from them?” That is why we decided to do our own in-depth Paperial review.

The Paperial writing service has been around for several years. It offers a complete selection of writing services, including regular essays, admission essays, dissertations, speeches, term papers, and many other types of written assignments. Editing and rewriting services are also available at Paperial.

One of the first things you notice when you visit the Paperial writing services website is the unusual site design featuring a variety of ghosts. This imagery is cute, but we have a hard time understanding what it has to do with the services provided by the company. Still, we decided to give Paperial a chance and take a deeper look at its services.

Pricing and
discounts

Like many other academic writing services, Paperial works on a bidding basis. It means that only after you fill in the details of your order and publish it on the website, you can learn how much your order is going to cost by choosing one of the writer’s bids. We don’t think this system is convenient; plus, it makes you spend more than you would with a normal pricing system. For the same reason, there is no minimal price per page, but we have found it to be around $15, depending on the order.

There are four additional services you can choose:

Editing and rewriting

If you have written your paper yourself but now want to make it look more professional and polished, you can hire an editor to make your work perfect.

Premium writers

For +10% to your order price, you can display your orders only to the top 50% of the Paperial writers with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Platinum writers

If you want only the 20% of the best writers at Paperial to view your order and bid on it, you can pay an additional 20% to your order price.

Writer choice

If you don’t have the time to review the bids and pick the best one, or you don’t think you can choose the most qualified writer, for $9.99, you can let Paperial do it for you.

Quality of work execution

Because of the bidding system, we had no idea what to expect in terms of prices when we placed our test order on Paperial. To make sure we didn’t exceed our budget, we placed a fairly simple order for a 3-page high school essay on Literature and picked a 10-day deadline. We also opted for the Premium writer feature to see whether the quality of the paper would really be as high as Paperial promises on its website. We placed the order and waited.

After several hours, we only received 3 bids on our paper, and even the cheapest one made the price per page approximately $17. We accepted this bid and counted down the days until the delivery. The paper was delivered on time, but the quality of the finished order was really disappointing to us. The formatting was nothing like we requested, there were many odd vocabulary choices, and the overall level of grammar left a lot to be desired.

Payment options

At the bottom of the Paperial homepage, you can see the icons for the payment methods that are accepted by the service, which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. However, PayPal is not listed in the payment options in the payment section of the website, so we are not sure PayPal payments are really available to the customers.

There are several times on the Paperial website where they mention their revision and money back policies. The FAQ section, for example, urges you to check the revision policy. After looking high and low for those policies, we did not find any information on what those policies include. However, the site does mention that you can only request a revision for a few days after receiving the deadline and the customer support can deny your request if they don’t see any grounds for a revision. The same goes for the money back guarantee.

Reputation

If you want to know what the public thinks of the Paperial writing service, you can start by checking the Testimonials section on their website, as we did. The reviews there speak positively of the service and even include links to the random websites where the testimonials were originally posted. However, with a few exceptions, the reviews don’t look particularly legit, and neither do the strange websites where those testimonials came from.

When we searched the web for more Paperial reviews, we discovered a completely different image. There were some reviewers wondering “Is Paperial free?”, but most other reviews pointed out at least several problems with the service. We studied hundreds of reviews and found that the most common things the reviewers complain about are the quality of writing done by Paperial, occasional late delivery of the papers, and problems with getting the service to perform the promised free revision or refund the money paid for the order. We barely found any positive Paperial reviews at all.

Paperial appears to be safe and there are several secure payments available on the site. However, we found it worrying that Paperial does not explain how exactly it maintains the security of its customers or which technologies it uses.
Is Paperial plagiarism-free?
Paperial promises that every paper leaving the service is 100% original. The service tests every paper for plagiarism using modern anti-plagiarism software, although it’s not clear what types of software the company uses.
Are there Paperial discounts?
Definitely not! On Paperial, the writers are free to set their own prices, and when the writers are given free rein, they are obviously not going to give the customers discounts from their own pocket. So the price you see is the price you pay.

With Paperial you receive a writing service which will give you the very best papers you could desire in the shortest period of time. At least, that is their own claim. What they really produce are passable papers as per the deadline you set. They're not as hot in regards to higher-level newspapers. Paperial have a 24/7 support team.
