- The CoolEssay net website has a modern design, but we found it to lack essential information about the service. There is no history of the company or information on when it was launched. There are, however, some statistics on the home page. According to them, there are over 2,000 writers in the databases and over 400,000 pages written by the service.
- Those statistics may look impressive, but we have a hard time believing the service has managed to accumulate such a striking portfolio while only being online for a couple of years. The rest of the website looks and feels pretty identical to similar writing services.
- Cool Essay offers the most popular types of writing assistance: essays, dissertations, homework, research papers, etc. The service can also do your resume and cover letter. If you have written a paper yourself but now want to give it a more polished and professional look, you can use the editing and proofreading services at Cool Essays.

QUALITY OF WORK EXECUTION
The best way for us to judge the quality of services provided by a company is to place a test order for a paper, which is exactly what we did at CoolEssay. We looked everywhere for a CoolEssay discount code but didn’t find any, although we did find a note saying that if we managed to find a lower price elsewhere, the service would offer us a substantial discount. However, we did not have time for that. That is why we simply placed an order for a 2-page college essay due in 10 days.
The paper was delivered just before the deadline, which was reassuring. When we reviewed the paper done for us by Cool Essay, we were far less impressed. We chose a rather specific and not very popular topic, and the writer clearly struggled with finding enough relevant information for the essay. Moreover, our college level essay did not fit the college academic writing standards and was more suited to high school level of writing, which is not what we asked for when ordering the paper.

We use two primary ways to judge the online reputation of any writing service: the testimonials on the company’s website and the reviews on third party sites. In the case of Cool Essays, the website testimonials turned out to be nearly 100% positive. The reviews are not very detailed, but they do contain some info about the order, which gives them a sense of legitimacy. There even appear to be some video testimonials, but we were not able to view them.
The CoolEssay reviews on third party websites proved to be much more informative and complete. There are many customer reviews, which makes us think the service is fairly popular with students due to the attractively low prices. However, fair prices turned out to be one of the few advantages of the service. About half of the customers were not satisfied with the quality of service they got at Cool Essay. They mainly complained about the late delivery, mediocre quality of writing, and how the level of writing for college and undergraduate papers was more fit for high school.
